As usual,we will ship your item within 24-48 hours after we clear your payment,in addition,we will give you the tracking number as soon as possible in order that you track it.

Returns and Refunds policy:

All our products come with a 7-days return policy. 
 
We will gladly accept any returned merchandise for a full exchange of the same item. Providing that the returned item is sent back in its original pack and that all included items which were in the original package are also included. The item must not be damaged in any way or else we will be forced to not accept the item back for an exchange. 

In case of returning goods, please send us an email with your name, order number, product name, and the problem you have with the product. We are not accepting any returns without these information. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you do not receive your package within 45 days after we clear your payment,we will redelivery your item again for free or refund the money back to you,as depends on your decision.However,if you want you money back, we will charge you 5% total fee which will be charged by Bank, in addition,the shipping cost will be unavailable for refund.
